The spacious modern villa has a large solar heated pool and delightful poolside kitchen with a lovely al fresco dining area. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area and the gated entrance with intercom leads to a large parking area at the rear of the villa. The grounds and garden surrounding the villa are richly planted and well maintained and there is a fabulous barbeque kitchen with a table and chairs alongside for atmospheric meals beside the pool.
An imposing front entrance leads to a large attractive hallway and the 4 bedrooms are all on this level, each with a private terrace and garden view. Stairs from the hallway lead to the bright, spacious lounge and dining areas, separate kitchen and a guest bathroom.
The large open plan living area is upstairs to make the most of the lovely mountain and sea views. The lounge is bright and modern in style and furnished with white leather couches with large wall mounted TV, music system and a wall mounted stove. For convenience there is a small bathroom on this level close to the lounge.
The dining area has glass topped table and stylish leather dining chairs and it has sliding doors to a sunny veranda with another table chairs for al fresco dining with lovely views with optional shade.
The generously sized kitchen off the dining room is light and airy and opens onto a sunny veranda, and there are sea and pool views from the kitchen window. The kitchen is excellently equipped and it also has a breakfast bar and a wall-mounted TV. A separate laundry area in the basement has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi-bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower and toilet and sliding doors to patio.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, built-in wardrobes and doors to patio area.
The villa boasts a huge solar heated pool, 32 ft x 14 ft and there is pool shower and lots of surrounding patio space for sunbathing. Beside the pool is an absolutely wonderful BBQ kitchen with table and chairs.
The villa is air conditioned throughout. It has underfloor heating, and electric shutters.
