Summary: Townhouse was very nice/clean. Super easy to reach property owner. However, the rules of the community are prettt strict(no fault of the townhouse owner). If you rent a golf cart...its a bit of a hassle getting the golf cart out of the garage (you have to move your vehicle everytime). Also, there is little to NO golf cart parking at the beach access locations! You will get a ticket if your golf cart is not parked in a parking space at the beach access lots! Believe me...we know this from a personnal level!
