3 Bedroom House in Rockport

There's no pressure here to catch fish and enjoy the sunset over Copano Bay. This bayfront home is located on a part of Copano Bay that offers fantastic fishing. The private lighted 300 ft. fishing pier is the perfect place to catch trout, redfish, flounder, and drum right out the back of the house! An added bonus is access to the homeowners private boat ramp, located less than 1/2 mile away by road, between 5-8 minutes via the water.
Pier Pressure is located in Copano Cove which is a 10 minute drive from downtown Rockport or Fulton. We know you will enjoy your stay!
*Please note that this property is on one level and there's a ramp outside to use to access the home. The house itself is not wheelchair accessible.*

Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways has a zero tolerance policy in effect for the maximum occupancy numbers set for each home. These numbers are set by the owners and are specific to each home, and include both adults and children ages two and up. Anyone found in violation of this policy is subject to immediate removal from the rental home, and forfeiture of all monies paid. If you have a change in plans that includes an increase to the number of people in your party, please contact our office directly.
VISITORS AND PARTIES - Renters are not allowed to invite guests to the rental homes for parties, BBQs, weddings, or for use of the facilities if it is going to put you over the maximum occupancy limits. Occupancy and use of premises should not disturb or offend neighbors or residents by means of parties, excessive noise, obnoxious behavior, excessive speeding through neighborhoods, discharge of fireworks, or any other noise-inducing mechanisms. Agents reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and evict Guests with no refund or rebate who engage in these behaviors. Quiet time is 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends.
