2 Bedroom Condo in Ocean Drive, North Myrtle Beach

This is a well equipped two bedroom, two bath condo on the second floor of Waipani Condos, with a screened in balcony overlooking Ocean Drive. The parking spot is conveniently located right below the stairs going up to the condo. Grab your towels and chairs and walk across Ocean Drive to the beautiful sand beach. No need to pay $4 an hour in a pay lot!
The interior of this unit has been recently renovated with new vinyl floors and storm proof windows. There is seating for six around a spacious dining table. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, air fryer, and coffee maker. The cupboards are fully stocked with all the utensils, cups, glasses, pans and bowls needed to make your own meals and beverages, or there are many great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away.
There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom which can be pushed together to make a king. The pull out couch in the living room can sleep an additional two people. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom. There is a walk-in Shower in one bathroom and a bathtub/shower combination in the other. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer available in the unit for your convenience.
The beautiful large outdoor pool is for use by all guests of Waipani. Lounges are provided as are a few tables and chairs. If you feel like grilling out, there is a good size briquet grill and a couple of picnic tables located on the grassy area just below the condo available for your use.
To make your stay more enjoyable and to avoid the need to rent chairs, we provide two beach chairs and an umbrella. Comforters, pillows, linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in the unit. No motorcycles are allowed on the property. BOOKINGS ARE THREE DAY MINIMUM.
North Myrtle Beach is a short 6 block (10 min.) walk away, with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. McLean Park is also close by and has a children’s play area, and tennis courts, and a pleasant duck pond. On Thursday evening you may want to take your chairs downtown to enjoy the free concerts, featuring a variety of the best beach bands, at the pavilion on Main Street.
Other activities in North Myrtle Beach include a Breakout Room, Indoor Go Kart track, Mini Putt and Bowling to mention a few. Nearby Barefoot Landing, built around a man made lake, features many family friendly restaurants and lots of shopping for the whole family!
Need to pick up groceries and supplies? Kroger is a stone throw away, and Food Lion, Aldis and Publics are close by. The area has everything you need for a great vacation at the beach! We love it here! Enjoy!
