THE SPACE
This condo was designed with the avid fisherman in mind, but with a stylish "ladies touch" and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a smoker on the patio. There are two comfortable queen beds in one bedroom and two extra long double beds in the second bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms.
Enjoy relaxing on the patio while watching the horses graze nearby or cuddle up with a book after a fun filled day of fishing or exploring everything that the Ranch and the Roaring Fork Valley have to offer!

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.
Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Only fly fishing is permitted in all waterways at The Ranch. In order to fish at The Ranch, a Fly Fishing Guide Registration form must be completed and returned to the office. 2 Fly Fishing badges are included in your stay.
Parking is for passenger vehicles only. RVs, trailers, OHVs, dirt bikes, and boats are strictly prohibited from the property. If this rule is violated, a fine will be assessed.
Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access.
