Positive: The location is excellent. From the airport it’s a short metro ride and then you can walk 10min or catch the 2A bus which drops you outside. The apartment is nice and bright and has almost everything you need (see the next section). The bed is extremely comfortable and there are power points either side to charge your devices.
Negative: The apartment is on the 4th floor, up 75 steps! (79 of you count the 4 from the street)! At the time of booking, there was NO mention of this. We were travelling with large suitcases and one of our party had an ankle injury. I would.not have booked this apartment if I had known this. In addition there are no numbers on the doors so finding the apartment was difficult. I needed to try multiple doors until I finally found the correct apartment. The entrance door to the complex was not secure. It did not lock. Often people were siting on the steps smoking when we entered/exited. We were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay, and no dish soap or washing powder. Messages via the booking.com app were not responded to. Weirdly we were given an extra vacuum cleaner bag! The couch in the living room is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever experienced (it looked and felt very cheap) and I hope they replace it with something suitable. I have learnt a valuable lesson and I will never book another property on booking.com again that has no reviews.
