This lovely holiday villa is located just about outside of Porec, in a small village called Nova Vas and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons + 2 small children. The villa features a 50 square meter (10x5m) private pool, which you will, without any doubt, truly enjoy. The villa is completely air conditioned, has a total of 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, an outdoor dining area with a traditional stone grill and an outdoor seating area. The soft tones that were used whilst decorating the villa - yellows, greys, whites and blues radiate comfort and will make you feel like home. The living area, kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor and offer direct access to the outdoor area and inviting private pool. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on the ground floor, while the third bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper floor as well as a balcony.
