The holiday home "Villa Luka" is in the green and a stone's throw from the larger cities of Biograd and Zadar. A large garden with pool, deck chairs, barbecue and garden furniture is in front of the house. There is a private playground for children with a climbing tower, swings and trampoline on the premises. For young and old there is a basketball court and a table tennis table for free use in the garden.
The best playground is the sea, which you can experience in just 10 minutes by car. Lots of sunshine and clean water create the best conditions for a beach vacation.
The house has two fully equipped apartments, each with a separate entrance, making it ideal for large families or a vacation with two families or friends.
Your vacation home is now olive groves, fruit trees, herb and vegetable gardens. The harvest is included for you. Depending on the harvest time, you can use our huge organic garden. A taste experience is guaranteed! So you can use tomatoes, cherries, figs, herbs and much more for free. Get it!
"Villa Luka" has 2 fully equipped kitchens and offers guests everything from dishes to electrical appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine).
Since summer 2019 we have also been offering our guests a top-equipped summer kitchen. This is located right next to the pool and grill and has a lot of space and a huge dining table with chairs for sociable cooking and eating.
In order to end a convivial barbecue evening or simply to end the evening comfortably, there are also 2 open, spacious and partly covered terrace (pergola).
For your stay we have everything you need, from towels, bed linen to washing machines and irons - of course included in the price.
Free WiFi is a matter of course and various games for a cozy family evening, the weather should be uncomfortable. The house is air-conditioned, has 4 private parking spaces and a private pool with adequate privacy.
An open, spacious and covered terrace is at your disposal for a convivial barbecue evening or simply to end the evening.

We recommend nature lovers a trip to the Krka National Park with its beautiful waterfalls, to the Biokovo Nature Park with its Sveti Jure mountain peak and to the Paklenica National Park. The Kornati National Park with its approximately 130 islands is also worth seeing. Stroll through the small winding streets of the old town of Biograd and discover the small restaurants, taverns and taverns with specialties of Dalmatian cuisine. This includes freshly caught fish, seafood and hearty grilled meat dishes. A highlight for young and old will be the amusement park, which opened in summer 2017 with its thematic areas Wild West, Pirate City and Space.
At a distance of 5 km from the house, you can also enjoy a wine tasting session with local wines, Dalmatian raw ham, sheep's cheese and olive oil.
