In a secure residence, we rent a family house where life is good with friends 5 minutes from shops and the seafront.
Surrounded by centuries-old oaks, the house, tastefully and freshly made in the Mediterranean, enjoys perfect tranquility. It is distributed over 3 floors:
. THE BASEMENT: garage for 2 cars + laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer and drying rack. Outdoor space to park 3 other cars without disturbing each other, and to play ping pong both inside and outside.
. The GROUND FLOOR: You enter via an entrance hall with cupboard and toilet on a large living room and dining room which constitutes the heart of the house. A fireplace atmosphere with seats and a voltaire sofa and a TV atmosphere with 2 large sofas and 1 leather armchair. Next to it is a fully equipped Provencal style kitchen, accompanied by a long wooden table, perfect for group breakfasts, with a adjoining pantry equipped with an extra fridge and a large freezer. The whole overlooks a 50m2 terrace with garden table for aperitif and dining table for outdoor dining, all in the shade of a century-old oak tree that will refresh your summer days and evenings. The sleeping area is made up of a bedroom suite, with a 160 cm bed and a complete shower room.
. THE 1st FLOOR: a mezzanine area with library and single bed which leads to 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed, a shower room and a toilet.
GARDEN. The whole house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of over 900m2. In addition to the 50m2 terrace in front of the kitchen, we find below a covered barbecue area and even lower the doubly secure swimming pool via an iron fence and a protective curtain, which is maintained by the owner.
