Family Tides is a Gulf-front duplex in the unique community of Holiday Isle in Destin. Located just south of the harbor, this family-friendly duplex includes two of our townhomes, Dolphin Cove and Twin Palms. Perfect for multi-family vacations, guests can stay right next door to each other, enjoy gulf views and a short trip to the beach. Notably, this duplex is situated next to the Destin Jetties; a popular snorkeling spot that plays host to numerous marine life. Take a walk to the Norriego Point for some family fun and view the Destin Bridge as all of the boats come into the Harbor.
Family Tides has a total of 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 18. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths that sleep 10 are found in one half of the duplex, while the other half boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 8. Both Dolphin Cove and Twin Palms have three floors of coastal comfort.
Guests can seek dining and entertainment on the second floor of both Dolphin Cove and Twin Palms. Entering the second floor you are greeted with coastal ambiance. A comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf welcomes you in both properties. This duplex is complete with fully equipped kitchens. In addition, the second-floor balcony was created for entertaining. An outdoor dining area, comfortable patio furniture, and an onsite grill are all found on the balconies.
Holiday Isle is a coveted strip of road off of Highway 98 and boasts Gulf front access as well as views from the Destin Harbor and Norriego Point. Take a walk to the Norriego Point for some family fun and view the Destin Bridge as all of the boats come into the Harbor. This location is close to shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities!

Summary: We had a big family vacation. We rented out both sides of the condo and it was great for kids and adults. We love the area and the house. It is nice to be right on the beach, but there is a little bit of a walk- especially if taking kids/babies. We had a lot of fun though and would stay here again!
