Summary: House was right on the beach. Beach was never crowded, most days it was just our family on the beach. Location of the house couldn’t be any better. House needs a good deep cleaning and some updating. No washer and dryer. You have to walk across the street to use the public washing machine and dryer. Cost is $7 per load to wash and $7 per load to dry. The two bedrooms downstairs had air conditioning but the common area and kitchen were not air conditioned. Needless to say it was hot. Upstairs was air conditioned with two bedrooms and a bathroom. I would hope/expect for the amount of money we paid for a two week stay in a house right on a beautiful beach, it would be clean, updated, air conditioned and access to a washer/dryer. If it weren’t for the views from this house our rating would be a 2/3-star. I would love to own this house and do some updating to it
