The pool is right outside the back door and the beach is just a 2 block walk. BBQ grill is ready for those hot dogs and the kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. With 3 full bathrooms everyone can get ready without delays. Padre island has so much fun to offer from boat rides to mini golf to karaoke. You'll never have a dull moment unless you need that break. Then sit on the upper balcony and soak up the salt air and enjoy that glass of wine and that great book.

Summary: Loved the communication with the owner, property is perfect for families. Beach is with walking distance but also has pool when the littles are done with the sand. Close to market and a variety restaurants. Location was perfect!
