The gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen features an artful backsplash, exquisite granite countertops, a double oven topped with a gas range, and special touches such as open shelves suspended by nautical-style rope. Stools at the kitchen island and a rustic-chic dining table that seats 10 offer plenty of space to entertain. Relax on an oversize couch and club chairs grouped before the wall-mounted TV and enjoy the Sonos surround-sound system. Step onto the massive, second-floor deck for lake views and beach breezes and fire up the gas grill for a cookout.

Sea Ya' is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sea Ya' the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be a penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
