Summary: When we arrived, the property was still being cleaned, so our check-in was delayed by about an hour. Does not seem like a lot but after spending the day on planes and airports, was discouraging. And was not cleaned sufficiently. The management company generously credited us $100. There were no dish towels and none ever showed up. We bought our own. Would suggest a detailed explanation of the energy overage policy. We were charged an additional $57, with no satisfactory explanation as to how base costs and overages are calculated. Was an unpleasant surprise on our credit card.
