Farm House in the very quiet and pleasant area of Redland, FL. We are conveniently located just 3 minutes of Krome (177 avenue). Our property is a great stop when going to Key West or the Everglades National Park. Location is completely paved and lighted. Plenty private parking space for RV's. Large swimming Pool. The house is located just 20 minutes from the SW area of Miami. Fully equipped large kitchen, TV area, Internet (wifi) and TV cable, living room, dining room, this house is super spacious and naturally illuminated, This convenient location is near to the beautiful bayside parks, everglades park (The largest subtropical wilderness in the United States) and many great beaches in the Florida Keys!. This Place is good for family vacation only! Any event, gatherings, or daily visitor you plan to do must be approved by the owner, keep in mind that the house is surrounded by cameras and in constant surveillance. PLEASE, contact me before you book it and ask me for permission in case you are planning to do any kind of event. In case of a party, event or get together without prior authorization, the party will be suspended by the police. HOUSE RULES: •No visitors allowed without previous authorization •No events or gatherings allowed •Pool and amenities are available to be used by registered guests under the reservation. Additional fees may apply if you like to invite daily visitors, and mentioned fees are subject to the administration discretion •Use of illicit drugs in the property is not permitted •Noise nuisance time is before 7am and after 11pm •No smoking •Pool opens from sunrise to sundown - no diving- NO children allow without an adult supervision in the pool, or pool area. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK •Traveler has access to the house and the pool area only corner lot only. The property is located at a farm and the remaining land is not available for guests to use. •If traveler does not meet the house rules the administration has the rights to cancel the reservation at any point of the rental with a no refund policy.
