4 Bedroom House in Kona Palisades, Kailua
Enjoy Hawaii’s beautiful weather by the pool or at the beach in this comfortable, spacious family home with stunning sunset views. Great, quiet family neighborhood central to all the sights on the island. The property is located 8 mins above the airport, 15 mins to town and amazing beaches. Ground floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a spacious living space with pull-out couch. Three large sliders open up directly to the pool, children must be supervised at all times. Upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
This listing is for the whole house. I have other listing where the upper and lower level are locked off and rented separately. As a whole house rental you will have total privacy. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. Living room, kitchen and office all on the upper level with large Lanai with great ocean views. Lower level has a 1 bedroom suite with another large living room and a laundry. Large back yard with pool just steps from the downstairs sliders. ***car rental available***
Home has exterior cameras at entry ways and pool for insurance and security purposes.
Good Neighbor Policy
a. Quiet Hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the short-term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
b. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
c. Guest vehicles shall be parked within the designated onsite parking area.
d. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
e. Night Sky Policy: Turn off outdoor lights at night whenever possible.
f. We have a non-smoking ordinance in Hawaii. There is no smoking within 20 feet of all public buildings, including STVRs
g. Failure to comply with the good neighbor policy stated above will be construed to be a violation. (see handbook policy in regards to eviction due to violations)
