Thank you for considering My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental) for your upcoming trip to the Poconos. I have owned and been hosting people at homes in this resort community since 2011. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have managed thousands of reservations and have gained the expertise to offer a relaxing retreat for both your group, and pets.
Pet lovers will appreciate the fully fenced backyard which provides a safe space for dogs to play. The wire mesh fence extends from the top rail to the ground keeping your pets contained. There has never been a reported escape, though deer do jump the fence often to graze in the yard.
Parents will love the multiple game rooms spaces to occupy and entertain your kids. The bunkroom also has a TV so they can stream their own media without interrupting you.
If you enjoy cooking, you will appreciate the well appointed kitchen with hickory cabinets and stone countertops.

--Starting May 23, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 13, 2025, to September 2, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 1, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The lake can still be accessed for boating and kayaking. Beach is swim at own risk.
