This home offers an experience like no other holiday home on the Gold Coast. Being positioned on a "point position" on one of the GC's best Waterways, this home has the LARGEST SANDY BEACH of any Gold Coast holiday home. Stretching over 60 metres, the kids can run up and down their own private beach. With the canal wrapping around the majority of the home, with water views from nearly every room and with the outdoor entertaining areas and swimming pool also on the waterfront, you will feel like you are on your own island! Whether it's the kids playing in the sand with all the beach equipment provided, launching the kayaks, or fishing from the jetty, this home offers plenty for everyone and yet there is so much more to this Family Oasis. In addition this home also includes a Solar Heated Swimming pool, separate Heated Outdoor Spa for up to 6 people, Games Room with Pool Table, Arcade Amusement Machine, Kids Cubby House, Kids Swings & Slide, a large outdoor Chess Set, Kids toys, 4 x TV’s, Sun lounges, a Daybed, Coffee Machine, Alfresco there is plenty on offer for everyone to ensure that you all feel that this is your "Family Oasis"! Here are more details on what you can look forward to at the Family Oasis Beach Resort. POOL TABLE Great family fun! The games room has a 7ft pool table with Snooker and pool balls provided. LED LIGHTS are in the cushions that further light up the blue felt, which is particularly great fun at night time! OUTDOOR HEATED SPA The Hot Tub seats 4-6 comfortably and has spa jets to massage away the tired muscles after a day wandering around the Theme Parks, shops or beaches. It overlooks the canal and is a great spot to relax while watching the evening sunsets. SWINGS & SLIDE The children will be excited by the great grassed play area with 2 swings and slide, fully enclosed and protected from the water. KIDS CUBBY HOUSE The littlies have their own house! A beautiful 2mx2m kids cubby house with it's own kids furniture inside. They'll never want to leave! ARCADE AMUSEMENT MACHINE Adults and kids will have fun on the awesome "old school" Arcade Machine, with 60 games for 2 players, including PACMAN, SPACE INVADERS, DONKEY KONG, GALAGA and more! LARGE OUTDOOR CHESS SET This large outdoor chess set is awesome fun for everyone, whether you know how to play chess or not! You'll be surprised at how much time the kids spend playing with the pieces and it's a great way for the adults to have a bit of friendly rivalry! KAYAKING Your family will love exploring the fabulous canals around Broadbeach Waters in the three kayaks provided. There are plenty of options for the family to paddle together with 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks, complete with life-jackets. FISHING You'll enjoy fishing from the jetty or sandy beach and with the home well positioned just off the main river, there are plenty of small and large fish to test your skills! Rods and tackle are provided. Even catch your own mudcrabs in the crab pots! AROUND THE HEATED POOL The fabulous Solar Heated pool, receives all day sun, for year round swimming! With sun lounges and a daybed over looking the water there are plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind, while watching the kids play. The pool is a few steps down from the outside terrace and is positioned at the edge of the sand and canal, creating a unique swimming and relaxing experience. Included are pool noodles, boogie boards, buckets and spades, beach balls, and toys. WATERFRONT OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA: Step out from the living room to the covered alfresco terrace and you will be captivated by the wide water views and white sandy beach that wrap around the home, or relax while watching the kids play on the Play fort or in the swimming pool. There is outdoor dining for 8 along with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating so that you can relax outside together. BBQ Cook up a storm on the latest model Zeigler & Brown BBQ. It is positioned next to the Alfresco Area and above the pool, the Chef doesn't miss out on anything while cooking! LOUNGE ROOM Sink into the luxurious Natuzzi leather lounge suite and watch TV on the 55" LCD TV, complete with Foxtel IQ so you can record and watch your favourite shows. Or select a DVD to watch from the collection available. DINING AREA Positioned between the kitchen, sunroom and lounge room the Dining area is the centre of the home and is designed to create plenty of great dining experiences together! The 3 metre long table seats 10 people and stretches out towards the waterway and alfresco area, with sliding stacker doors allowing you to open this room up to the outside. GAMES ROOM The Games Room is in a separate area of the house to the main living area, creating a great entertainment zone without impacting on others wanting to relax. With a 7ft pool table, Arcade Amusement Machine, 40" LED TV, Foxtel and Xbox 360 there is something for everyone. SPACIOUS KITCHEN The kitchen with breakfast bar area, faces the water and living area. There is a large double door 700L fridge, Coffee Pod Machine, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of serving dishes, glassware and crockery to make entertaining a fabulous water views. STUDY WITH FREE WI-FI While the Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, there is also a separate Study area for those who need to work from (heaven forbid!). It's also a great spot for recharging your electronics. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2) This Luxurious Queen Room overlooks the water has an ensuite with rain shower head, walk through closet and 42" plasma TV. Master Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) An elegant, large Queen Room has a great ambience with high ceilings and tall louvered windows overlooking the front gardens and courtyard. It is well positioned at the opposite end of the house to Bedroom 1, so provides privacy when more than one couple are staying. There is also a 32" Plasma TV, but no ensuite to this room. Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2) A serene Queen Bed Room overlooking the waterway. Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2) A Beautiful room with 2 single beds, with water views. Bedroom 5 "The Bunk Room" (Sleeps 6) 1x Triple Bunk (high quality and very sturdy) with a Double Bed on the bottom and single on the top 1x Double Bunk with a Single Bed top and bottom 1 x Foldaway Trundle Bed BATHROOMS The home has an ensuited bathroom to Master Bedroom 1 and a Main Bathroom with separate shower plus large triangle bath (ex spa bath). There is a separate WC.
