Beautiful Custom built 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath home completed September 2017.
Private Gulf front location with low density, steps from sugar white sand and blue water. No crowded beaches here just one line of scattered homes to rest and relax, it's like having a private beach. This Gulf front home also offers great bay views, watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the gulf.
- Custom Kitchen with 9 ft island, tons of counters, stainless steel appliances, side by side fridge with ice and water. Dining table seats 8, bar seats 4.
- The living room features 2 sofas, one a sleeper sofa and a comfy corner chair and 60in TV
- There is a comfy corner with 2 chairs to get you out of the middle of the party but you can still be part of the group
- There is a 26x 10 deck with dining table and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view
- The master bedroom is on the top floor with a huge open deck overlooking the gulf. A Luxury master bath with separate soaking tub and shower, double sinks and private toilet room.
- There is a private queen bedroom with private Bath
- The third queen bedroom has a Jack n Jill bath with the double bunk room
- We are a pet friendly home, with a pet fee of $150 per pet up to two dogs. No cats allowed.
- The kitchen is completely stocked with all the tools you need for your favorite feast and don't forget the margaritas. For your entertainment we provide 4 TVs, books, games, puzzles and Free WIFI. To stay connected we provide wireless, high speed Internet access. And for your convince we have washer & dryer on second floor. We also include beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards.
