This is one of the most impressive beach front mansions on St. George Island. This elegant beach front home is constructed to the highest standards with immaculate trim work throughout. The home is decorated with exquisite comfortable furnishings with incredible paintings and sculptures from renowned artists. View the clear deep waters just offshore with high powered optics from inside or on the upper deck. Swim in the Gulf beach waters less than 100' from the house. Spacious kitchen is equipped with Viking professional equipment and all cooking utensils as if you were home. Six televisions are all equipped with Cable and Netflix access. A TV in each bedroom, the gym and the living room which includes 5.1 surround sound audio system. Host an intimate retreat with family and friends. Owned and managed by a local resident that can help with tour planning and advice on local dining. Under house parking accommodates four cars with covered entry that keeps you dry in foul weather. .

Summary: House and location was absolutely breathtaking - the open concept and layout of the bedrooms was perfect. Only complaint was that the house was in need of a few updates and a really good deep clean. Owner was very responsive and offered an early check in, as the home was cleaned and available a bit earlier than expected. We a wonderful vacation and the best time. We enjoyed the breeze from the covered porch, watching dolphins from the dining room and were even blessed to watch a nest of sea turtles hatch and make their trek to the gulf. We do not regret our decision in booking this house and would love to come back!
