Welcome to our Family Lake House Retreat, located in Mooresville on Lake Norman. Large home with lakefront property overlooking the main channel. This 8,000 sq ft waterfront home is furnished in casual upscale and comes with a boathouse apartment on the dock! This home has a total of 9 large lakeview bedrooms, 3 Kitchens, 6 full Bathrooms, 2 half Bathrooms, extensive decking and outside relaxation areas, sleeps up to 28.
Designed for large families from great-grandma to the newest baby!
The main level hosts a large chef's kitchen, with eat in area with seating for 8 as well as a breakfast bar seating 6. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a large family meal or breakfast for the little ones! The formal dining area has a table that seats 8. Relax in the living room with a large, leather sectional- wall mounted TV with great views of the lake. On the main level there is a porch, which runs the length of the house including a grill (propane provided) and more seating options, this is a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening adult beverages!
The lower level boasts plenty of action with a large game room, inducing air hockey, shuffleboard, and multiple video games. There is a full kitchen, bar area, TV room and two bedrooms both with king beds and en suite bathrooms.
Seven of the bedrooms have king size beds- most include either a full sleeper sofa, futon, or day bed-these are not included in total sleeps of 28! The 8th bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper. The last bedroom is ideal for all the children, The Bunk Room -has twin over full bunk, 4 full-size beds (trundle), and two day beds. As you walk into the bunk room there is a TV area for the kids with gaming consoles to login into & play all your favorite games.
Just when you think a house could not offer more, there is the Boat House. This adorable renovated boat house is steps from the dock and the water, has its own fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, sitting area with TV & king bedroom. First arrival might want first pick of this GEM!
Once you step outside the lower level you are steps from multiple seating options, a hot tub, the dock and the lake all overlooking the main channel! The outside area is equipped with corn hole & connect four & dock options of a kayak and paddleboard with an assortment of life jackets. Games inside or outside make Family Lake Retreat everyone's favorite lake house! Truly a great home for making wonderful family vacation memories to be treasured for years to come!
