Two stories of solid windows look out on to the deck in the trees and the lake beyond the street in front of the house. Walk to the marina and hop on your boat (slips, fishing and ski boats can be rented through marina), or trailer and launch your boat and watercraft here at uncrowded and friendly Sugarloaf, Antlers or one of the other nearby launches. There's plenty of parking for your water toys at this ideally situated house. Only 7 minutes from the I-5, you'll feel a world away amongst the trees and water and wildlife. Come home to central air conditioning and heating. Shower or bathe in one of the three uniquely renovated bathrooms. Prepare your meals from our well stocked kitchen with those gathering in the adjoining living area, while looking out onto the huge deck. Perhaps you'd rather grill from this 700 square foot, lighted, wraparound deck, then sit down at one of the two full size patio tables to enjoy and relax. Dine under the shade of the big oak trees during the day or wait until it's dark and do some long awaited stargazing.
