BEAUTIFUL FAMILY HOUSE.
Listening to the river, our house, on the edge of the Bollène path, which is also the Camino de Compostela, is nestled in a hamlet of MONTS DU FOREZ, 650 meters above sea level, 12 kilometers from MONTBRISON and 30 kilometers from SAINT-ETIENNE.
It consists, on the ground floor: of an entrance, a large living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with adjoining TV lounge (flat screen), a pantry and a WC with sink .
Upstairs, served by two staircases:
- large landing comprising an office area and a lounge area with sleeping accommodation for one person,
- 4 bedrooms: 1 with 2 double beds, 2 with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 single beds - 1 full bathroom with WC.
Storage room for bikes, strollers.
The equipment of the house includes:
- 4-burner butane gas stove with electric oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,
vacuum cleaner, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, small household appliances.
