Summary: Honest feedback - arrived with code for door and after 4 attempts finally opened. Not your usually key box it’s an alarm pad on the door which is quite temperamental. Alarm on it can go off and you have to input the code numerous times for it to go off of the door is opened to take rubbish out. There are nails on the front decking that need to be knocked down. The house was a good size but not as clean as I expected after seeing the photos. Few little issues the first couple days but the agent/owner dealt with it swiftly. Pool was a great size and my teenage children enjoyed a dip after days at the theme parks. Garden is a great size and if you have young children perfect little area for them to play in. You can see movie world from the back garden you are that close. It’s a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to it. 30 minute drive to sea work and surfers paradise. Restaurants/takeaways and supermarket 5 minutes drive. Neighbourhood/ neighbours were quiet accept for one night which hopefully was a one off as it was difficult to relax after a busy day. Overall it was a great stay. Would recommend if you want to be close to the the parks.
