This lovely apartment is located in the well established development of Encosta de São José. This resort is popular with families of all ages and offers easy access to several bars, restaurants and small supermarkets, two pools, on site mini-market, local waterparks and golf courses!
This newly refurbished home is the perfect base for a great holiday. The two stylish bedrooms one ensuite, fully fitted kitchen and comfortable living area are a great combination to create the feeling of home.
This stylish, well maintained first floor family apartment is perfectly located in the well-established gated Condominium "Encosta de São José", in Vale de Parra, Guia. The communal pools, children's playground, beautiful green spaces and barbecue area make it a perfect resort for the family holiday. In addition there is the added benefit of secure underground allocated parking. Zoomarine and Aqualand waterpark are just a short drive from the apartment.
The spacious, open plan lounge/dinner offers a comfortable retreat after a busy day exploring Central Algarve (or working on that golden tan at the pool/beach). The living area spills out through the sliding glass doors with views over the kids play area, while the pool area can be seen from the kitchen, ideal for keeping an eye on your little ones. It has two good sized bedrooms; a Master double with ensuite, fitted wardrobes and private balcony looking out to Vale de Parra, and a second double currently configured as a twin, which is serviced by the family bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen has all you need for an enjoyable self-catering holiday.
In the immediate locality you will find bars, cafes, restaurants and mini-markets all just a short walk away. There is a larger supermarket (Apolonia) 5 mins drive away, or there is a more affordable superstore located in the Algarve Shopping Centre (a 10-minute drive), here you will also find many different shops, boutiques and a food court.
Old Town Albufeira (a 10-minute drive) has a large selection of modern and traditional restaurants situated in the culturally-rich market squares and cobbled streets where you can sample the local cuisine. Slightly further afield (a 30-minute drive) is Vilamoura Marina with its vast choice of waterside restaurants and bars, prestigious golf courses and casino.
One of the big attractions of this property is the proximity of three stunning golden beaches (Praia do Galé, Praia dos Salgados and Praia do Manuel Lourenço) with deep turquoise waters, blue-flag approval, water sports kiosks, snack bars and always child friendly, all only a few minutes away by car. The nearest golf course is Salgados Golf Course which is just a 5 minute drive away.
