Off the garage and on the ground floor, a game room offers fun for all ages with a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, darts, putting game and 2 smart TVs. The game room provides access to the fenced backyard with a private pool, propane grill and dining area. Guests can also access the elevator to all floors, included the ground level making it easy to bring in groceries or luggage!
On the first floor, the open floor plan makes entertaining family and friends a breeze. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of storage space for everyone's favorite snacks and drinks on vacation. The living room has an electric fireplace with a smart TV that can easily be seen from the dining table behind the sectional. The patio space on this level features a comfortable seating area overlooking the pool.
All bedrooms feature a smart TV and LVP flooring throughout. Down the hall, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is the largest in the home with a king-sized bed and ensuite with double vanity sinks and a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a queen-sized bed and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third floor is the perfect space for kids with 2 bunk beds and 2 twin trundles. This room also has an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax even with both twin trundles in use!
