Our 5,500+ sqft family house sleeps 14 and is very family friendly with entertainment and beach equipment included for all your needs. Soaring vaulted ceilings and endless indoor and outdoor space in a bright welcoming floor plan as follows : 2 spacious living rooms (one with 50" smart TV and sitting couches, the other with reading couches, piano and an 8ft pool table) ; bright spacious chef’s kitchen with large eat-in center island, a formal dining room, 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, a ground-floor work-from-home office with Apple TV & CNBC (this doubles as the 5th bedroom). Included is fitness equipment, beach and sports equipment, surf and paddle boards, bicycles for the family, toys, games and entertainment.
Set on 1-acre in the private enclave of Southampton Pines, our large home is located on a quiet road that is great for walks and bicycle riding. The landscaped back yard offers privacy and multiple entertaining and seating areas, with a spectacular 40ft x 20ft swimming pool and pool house. The large outdoor deck with BBQ, dining and rest areas overlooks the swimming pool. We are minutes to the beaches, shops and Hampton's restaurants. Town beach parking passes are available.
The picturesque village of East Quogue is just 1.5 hour drive or 80 miles from Manhattan NYC and Westchester county.
