Beautiful south west exposure with amazing sunsets and sun all day! Ideal for children and water sport activities. Swimming, canoeing, kayaks , fishing. This is spring fed lake with very clean water.
Freshly renovated all season 3 bedrooms cottage with 1 bathroom open concept brand new kitchen/LIVING ROOM.
Please be aware that linens/bedding are NOT provided
Cottage is very clean and offers a wood burning eco friendly fireplace. Viceroy style windows all around with a view of the lake.
Child friendly entrance to water on one dock with shallow entry . Second
dock offers deep water to jump off of at the front side for lots of fun .
We are on a point so you get to use 2 different views of the lake .
Flat land so no stairs to the water.
Three Mile Lake is very clean and clear water and can see right through.
2 bedrooms offer double beds and a smaller bedroom has single bunk beds for kids or teens . There is a large sand court for volleyball and badminton.
Kitchen and bathroom will be freshly renovated spring 2021!
ATV-trails close by. If you love ATVing you’ll love the area
Kearney trails
During winter months there is snowshoeing, cross country skiing and night skating through the woods close by at Arrowhead Provincial Park just 20 minutes away. Our driveway becomes an excellent toboggan hill ( safe)and ice skating rink is at the shoreline for loads of winter fun . Then come inside and warm up with our wood burning fireplace and watch for deer crossing the lake .
Our house sleeps 6 max including children .

PLEASE NOTE : DUE TO COVID PLEASE BRING ALL BEDDING (comforters, sheets and pillows) Please also bring BATH TOWELS, HAND TOWELS, KITCHEN TOWELS and BEACH TOWELS. A throw blanket is recommended for cozy movie nights.
Please note absolutely no smoking in the cottage.
We are on a septic so please use garbage bin provided for paper. "If it's yellow let it Mellow..."
FYI- steep driveway down so go slow but on way up accelerate well..
