This 1,300-square-foot townhome is an end unit nestled in a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing community away from the crowds but yet so close to the beach! The well-equipped, full kitchen, complete with updated stainless steel appliances and two coffee makers (regular drip and Keurig), allows for multiple chefs to prepare meals together, which you can then enjoy at the attached breakfast bar or over at the dining table for six (the perfect size for family game nights). This home also features plenty of natural light, a comfortably-furnished living area with a cable-equipped, flatscreen TV, a patio with a gas grill, and an upper-level balcony off the main bedroom - the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee. Perks include dual bedrooms with en suite baths, a bunk bed for extra sleeping options, an additional half bath, and a private, full-size washer/dryer.
On-site, you and your guests will also enjoy access to two shared, outdoor pools (one of which is heated seasonally*), both of which are just steps from your door.
