4 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath home 2 blocks off of State Route 9 in Warrensburg NY. Quiet neighborhood, totally fenced in back yard sits on .75 of a acre. Our home has been renovated 3 years ago. 1st floor bedroom has 2 Queen beds and attached handicap bathroom with roll in shower. Living room, dining room and den with full size pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with soft close cabinets and granite counter tops . Two ovens and stove top, dish washer, side by side refrigerator/freezer, stone sink with garbage disposal. Pots and pans, silverware and dishes. Small bathroom with shower.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms. all three bedrooms have queen size beds. 1 of the queen rooms has porch overlooking back yard with a mountain view. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Laundry room with front load washer and dryer . There is a Security camera in the Driveway.
Finished basement with bar; pool table and electronic dart board,
half bath.
Back yard has 27 foot above ground swimming pool open seasonal from Memorial Day weekend through mid September with deck and chairs. Also 6 person hot tub open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day and fire pit .
Oscars Smoke House is 1 block away. Golf at Cronins on the Hudson River also minutes away.
