Comfortable and cozy split level waterfront bungalow has covered slip dock with benches and ladder on deep water cove, concrete walkway to the dock, plus neighborhood boat ramp at the end of the street! Excellent location on quiet Martin Creek area of Lake Hartwell and less than 5 miles to Clemson University.
Main level features 2 queen bedrooms, bathroom with Ty/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, and large living room/dining room combination.
Basement level features 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom with queen on the bottom bunk, bathroom with shower, second living room with TV, covered patio, office with desk area and laundry room.
The home’s kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious family feasts. Other amenities include furnished linens, dishes, towels, charcoal grill, keurig and regulate coffee pot...also newer luxury washer/dryer. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and/or boat trailer.
For those working remotely while having a family getaway, high speed internet is provided thru AT&T. The lower level is perfect for the kids to play nearby while the adults work from home.
