This typical Ibiza-style furnished and fully fenced bungalow with tourist permit (!) is only 2 minutes from the beach and the city center of Santa Eulalia. It has several sunny terraces, a barbecue with large dining table and a swimming pool with sunbeds. A bar, restaurant and butcher are around the corner and the nearest supermarket is just a 1-minute drive away. The space: The bungalow has 3 double rooms, 1 single room and 2 bathrooms, all following the corridor which runs the entire length of the house. From the cozy living room, the sitting room with fireplace and kitchen you have access to the wide veranda where several seats have been created. On the large terrace there is a fixed barbecue and a dining table for 8 people. From the swimming pool (8m x 4,5m) and the veranda you have a panoramic view over the landscape of Ibiza and smell the herbs that grow there. The bungalow is fully fenced and accessible via an automatic gate and there is room for 3 cars. This house lends itself perfectly to your well deserved rest, but also the cozy bustle can be found within a few minutes. The center of Ibiza town and the famous hippy markets Las Dalias and Punta Arabi are just 15 minutes from the house.
