Come enjoy our 3 bedroom, recently renovated home with all new windows and new insolation. Our house includes a large backyard, sunroom and open-concept, fully equipped kitchen.
We have a toilet on the main level, with a living and dining room and open kitchen with island. Our kitchen is equipped with an air fryer, Nespresso Veruto machine, French press, kettle, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and InstantPot. In the living room, we have a Smart TV (with Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Prime), fibre Wifi and a PlayStation 5. For additional dining, we have a sunroom with a couch and table for 6.
Upstairs, we have a master bedroom with a king sized bed, guest room with queen bed and desk and a children’s room with a twin. We can set up a crib as well if needed. We will have a floor fan in each bedroom. There is a toilet and bathroom with tub/shower combo on this floor.
In our walkout basement, we have a washing machine and laundry area. We have two bicycles which can be used to ride along the Marne river or to go to the town of Lagny-Sur-Marne (a 15 minute walk from our house). We are also a 15 minute bike ride from the Olympic rowing and canoeing event location.
We live in the town of Pomponne on a quiet, dead-end street.
We are ideally located an 8 minute walk from the bus and Lagny-Thorigny train station where you can take public transportation to Disneyland Paris and Val-de-Europe (20 minutes) or Gare de l’Est, Paris (23 minutes). We are a convenient 20 minute drive from the CDG airport and 13 minutes from the Jablines water sports area.
