Positive: very clean, everything we needed was there, kitchen well equipped
Negative: the one step up to the front porch is bit high (harder for older folks with sore knees); the mattress on the sleigh bed in the basement room was uncomfortable (as reported by my daughter and her partner - they didn't sleep well; they said the mattress had high/low areas)
