Quiet and private, yet convenient to Scottsdale attractions (15 minute drive or less to Barres-Jackson Auto Show, the Waste Management Open, and the Arabian Horse Shows), you will quickly fall in love with this uniquely-built gem. This property is approximately 2,100 sq. ft with a renovated kitchen and appliances, a custom-built home bar, and is decorated to truly give voice into the character of the house. This 3-bedroom 2-bath home can comfortably sleep 10 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of trundle bunk beds), which makes it ideal for kid/family vacations or just a weekend away with your friends! There are chickens on the property as well as a beautiful new koi pond! So whether you’re playing cornhole, board games, watching a movie on the 70” TV, or just simply relaxing on the cozy outdoor furniture, you are sure to enjoy this peaceful Arizona property! It is a great place to relax, read a book, have a drink and enjoy the AZ sun.
*Please note that because of the beautiful and unique furnishings and the quiet and peaceful neighborhood in which this property is located, we have a strict "No Party" policy. Although the property has high speed internet, sometimes the wifi connection in North Scottsdale can be unreliable. There is a Starbucks nearby in case of a wifi emergency!
*Please note that during the duration of your stay, a groundskeeper may be present to feed the koi fish, check the filters in the koi pond, or to address any landscaping needs on the 5 acre property.

4. Acknowledges and understands that Tenant is aware of potential wildlife present in the area, as well as risks associated with such.
