Spacious deck for dinner by the sea. Gas grill provided. This 2BD/3 full bath townhouse is a unique getaway where you can walk out the back door onto the sugar white sand of Panama City Beach and w/in a few steps you will be wading in the crystal clean water of the Gulf of Mexico. Balconies on each level. Private parking out front for two cars. Space for Thunder Beach trailer and truck. A fully equipped kitchen w/Keurig & drip coffee makers to greet the day, a newly renovated full bath, dining & living rm on first level. 2nd level has 2 full bathrooms, Master w/king bed, full bath & balcony overlooking the beach. 2nd BD has 2 twins over full bed bunks and a full bathroom ensuite.
Rental includes AC, FREE secure fast WIFI, cable, all bed linens, extra thick bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs service and umbrella and sand toys for the kids, outdoor table and chairs as well as deck chairs on the private deck. Walking distance to several local restaurants - Schooners, Patches, Sombero's and Shore Shack Pizza! Gas grill on the back deck. Outside shower to rinse off the salt and sand after a day in the sun. The outdoor deck is large enought that it is essentially another living area. On-site free parking. Iron board and iron. Washer/dryer, Keurig coffee & drip makers and hot pot for tea. Dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Just walk out your backdoor to the beach paradise of Panama City.
Pack n play, baby gates, booster seats and bed rails for bunk beds can be made available upon request. No extra charge.

Summary: I can say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. Very nice place with all the amenities needed to have a great time at the beach. Being able to walk right out the back porch and down a few stairs to the beach was amazing for us. Will definitely stay again.
