With three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to sprawl out over its three levels and 1700 square feet. The main level has two living rooms split by a hallway and bathroom, with a spacious kitchen that opens up onto the patio where you will find a private seating area and barbeque. The upper level has three bedrooms. The master boasts a king-size bed and ensuite down the hall from the other two bedrooms. The secondary is well equipped with a comfortable queen next door to final bedroom with a single bed. The kitchen is smartly appointed with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay.
The property is conveniently located to everything you'll need within a 10 - 20 minute drive. Most major grocery stores and other necessities can easily be accessed. Langford is a booming community with new restaurants opening regularly. There are quite a few golf courses within a short trip from the property as well.
