On 1500 square meters of land on the edge of the national forest in a small, quiet housing estate not overlooked.

The house consists of a large living-dining room with a 50 square meter fireplace, large North, South and West bay windows; adjoining fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven + microwave, two fridges, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans with large capacity, multiple small appliances.
Back kitchen in the basement with washing machine.
On the ground floor = two bedrooms with double bed 160 cm each with sink, shower and private WC, a third "dormitory" bedroom with WC and sink composed of 3 single beds possibility of 2 pull-out beds.
Upstairs a large bedroom with double bed 160 cm and 2 single beds and its own full bathroom (shower WC, bath, sink) and separate a mezzanine with large flat screen, satellite TV, DVD player, 2 sofas including one convertible 180 cm.
JBL speakers for music in the living room (connect your smartphone or tablet or computer to the speaker socket then adjust the sound by pressing the + and - buttons on the speakers)

Outdoors; two terraces of 100m2 each North and South surrounding the house, partly covered. Secure swimming pool overlooking the national forest, 4 sun loungers, two small hammock area under the pines (heavenly) outdoor hot shower, mobile pergola on the terrace for shade.

In the basement: large garage (no space for cars to park so outside in the garden but there is no shortage of space) with 5 adult bikes, 3 children bikes and 1 baby chair available

Location: 200 meters from cycle paths allowing to reach 2.5 km from the ocean; its surf club and its supervised beach, 1.5 km from the center of Maubuisson; with the lake, the supervised beach, the shops and 2 km from the center of Bombannes with; the lake its supervised beach, sailing clubs (children from 5 to 77 years old ...), rentals (dinghies, pedal boats, paddles ...), climbing wall, tennis, mini golf, tree climbing ... ride in the forest on foot directly from the back of the house.
By bike at 6 km, the pond of Cousseau is magnificent, corner of preserved nature: to do !!
10 minutes by car, Lacanau-Océan with its Golf, equestrian center, shops and restaurants.
Ideal for a sporty and / or relaxing family vacation (2 or 3 couples with children) = successful vacation guaranteed whatever the weather.
Linens and sheets not provided due to various unmanageable problems (Cushions, large 220/240 duvets and small duvets are provided without cover).

The bar cover is to be put in the evening and removed in the morning to keep the hot water to the maximum and prevent the pool from getting too dirty. (You have to be 2 to handle it)

For the most gifted it is possible to use "the manual vacuum cleaner" to suck up fine dirt at the bottom of the pool:
-cap one of the 2 skimmers with a bottle
-fill the broom hose with water using one of the pool's water boosters
-connect the hose to the second free skimmer
-it's gone you can use the vacuum broom !!
