Nestled on an acre of Pine forest with picture windows overlooking an Aspen grove with a seasonal creek, you are TRULY in the forest at Happy Jack! Happy Jack is a TRUE retreat for you and your family. New in 2022, we now have 60Mbps WiFi! Wake up with a cup of coffee on the wrap around deck and relax among the pines after a day of seeing the sights while the kids play pool or basketball shoot out in the game room. You can make dinner in our large, fully equipped kitchen or get a bucket of chicken for a picnic at the nearby Marina. The cinema room offers a great escape for rainy days and the stone fireplace is a great spot to cozy up with a glass of wine. Two full bedrooms upstairs with the open kitchen and living area with fireplace, picture windows overlook the aspen grove on the main level. The lower level of the home offers a great game room with pool, ping pong, basketball shootout, a cinema room with big screen and sectional, fully equipped laundry room, a second bathroom and the third bedroom. The lower level also walks out to the under deck patio, fire pit area and the aspen grove. The floor plan of Happy Jack is perfect for families and groups of friends to enjoy their time in South Dakota!

Property: 1 acre of forested land, complete with pine, aspen trees. There is a seasonal creek running through the property. We are located aprox 3 miles from Pactola Marina where you can rent all types of boats and water sports equipment. There is also a beach and ample hiking. ATV trails are very close by, minutes with no highway travel necessary. Happy Jack Cabin is located in a small vacation home area, with less than 15 homes at Pactola lake. You will drive past some of these cabins on your way into the property, as well as Black Forest Inn - a bed and breakfast who sometimes offer dinner and wine in the summer time!
