Positive: Away from the hectic strip of playa del Carmen. Close to the beach. Plenty of space. Nice balcony. Basic but everything you need and great for families. Easy access to the best local beach - punta del Esmeralda where you can chill with the friendly local Mexicans. Lovely restaurant 50m away for breakfast and other meals.
Negative: Nothing.
