“Serenity Now” is in the Old Florida Cottages right on the beach access road. Steps from beach entrance, restaurants, shops, ice cream, bicycle rental all at your fingertips. Beautiful newly renovated beach home! Entry level has 3 bedrooms. Master and Guest BR with king size beds, Guest BR w/bunk beds and 1 twin bed . Total 3 full baths. Kitchen level has bedroom with twin size trundle beds and a full bathroom. Bar and dining area, family room with 60' flat screen. Cable and free wi fi. Loft area for hanging out, with a single sofa sleeper, best suited for a child or teenager. View of the ocean from top deck. Flat screen tv's. 5 decks total, sleeps 10.Parking for 2 cars. Located on the beach access of 30 A, behind Goatfeather's Restaurant with fresh seafood market below and scrumptious steamed peel & eat shrimp for take out etc. Parking available at beach access for cars, bikes and golf carts. Golf cart and bike rental at the corner of beach access is very convenient. Sidewalks to shopping area. Some of the restaurants are Shunk Gulley, Local Catch, Goat Feathers, The Perfect Pig, Sunrise . NOTIFICATION to renters: Family neighborhood, NO RENTAL TO COLLEGE AGED INDIVIDUALS. There’s a service fee VRBO charges when booking as well as 3 percent credit card fee. ENCOURAGE initial walk through on arrival to report any issues and please contact owner immediately. Renter responsible for all guests, to report accidental damage.

Summary: Serenity Now checks all the boxes! Its location is perfect—five minute walk to the beach, steps away from the 20-mile 30a walking/biking path, and near many great restaurants. The Gulfview Heights beach access has a wider beach than most and it was easy to find a not-so-crowded space (our visit was during a peak week). The house had plenty of room (we even had 10 for a few of the days). Everyone had a bed and there were lots of spaces to spread out (five balconies, loft area). Three of the bedrooms were on the entry level which at first felt weird but was actually an advantage for quick access to the bathrooms and bedrooms when we returned from the beach or pool. The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. We used the grill by the pool and it was clean and worked well. Kelley’s communication was excellent prior to our trip and during our stay. Some tips- Rent bikes from the shop on the corner (super convenient and great customer service-$60/week). An easy meal is shrimp/fish from Goatfeather’s seafood market. Ask to have it steamed and seasoned. Watch fireworks from the beach on July 4. In addition to the Gulfview Heights display you can see all the other beach displays from Destin to Panama City!
