Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an older house that hasn’t been well maintained. Too many small things that need attention to list BUT the location is great. The deck definitely needs some repairs but is functional. The deck furniture pictured is not the furniture that is there and one chaise was broken. Most of the backs on the sectional in the living area are broken but it is useable. When we contacted the “guest liaison” about problems they responded right away but it did take a couple of days to get some things resolved. The beach was not crowded since it’s private for local beach houses. The AC worked well during our stay. The pool was so nice to have and well maintained. Beds were all comfortable enough. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our group of 14 included three generations and we had a wonderful trip. This is an “adequate” house in a fantastic location.
