4 Bedroom Condo in Lake Harmony

A breathtaking view of the 175-acre Big Boulder Lake awaits you through our Living room and dining room windows, as well as our spacious balcony on this 2nd floor condo.
But odds are you won't be staying in the condo much, not with all the types of activities available to you. During the winter months, bring your skis and other winter gear, because Boulder Mountain Ski Resort is on the Lake, visible from our parking lot and offering ski runs, snowboarding, other kid's activities and a lodge with restaurant and fireplace. We are also near Jack Frost (19 minutes away, offering 9 lifts and 20 slopes, including Black Diamond and Green Circle trails, and snow tubing). Since Big Boulder and Jack Frost are owned by the same company, lift tickets are accepted at both facilities. Camelback, 28 minutes away, also offers skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.
During the fall, we have other activities to please all your family members, including music festivals, hiking trails, mountain biking, and Jim Thorpe, a quaint town with lots to do. Split Rock's H2Oooohh indoor waterpark, Kalahari indoor waterpark and Camelback's Aquatopia indoor and Mountain outdoor water parks are open all year 'round.
During the Summer, bring your swim gear, as renters can enjoy the private swimming pool, kiddie pool and large hot tub. In addition, our private Boulder Lake Club offers swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, fishing, boating, and more activities available for fees.
When you're done with the day's activities, a comfortable residence awaits you. We have new furniture for your enjoyment (a King-sized bed in the Master BR, two twin beds in the guest BR, a queen sofa bed and two-recliner sofa in the living room) and a newly deep cleaned carpet throughout. There is room to accommodate up to 6 guests. WiFi and cable is provided, and a fully equipped kitchen is also there for your use, as is an electric grill. Towels and bed linens are provided for you and your guests to use in the condo.
Our previous satisfied guests say it all: they had a wonderful time at our place, and many are repeaters, so don't wait long. We're seeing fall foliage now, and winter is right around the corner!
