2018 Brand new build! Fabulous south facing 6 bedroom, 3 bath retreat in town of Huntsville. This gem has all you need to sit back, relax and take in the surrounding beauty! At 3900 sq feet, there is room for the whole family! Open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen is a chef's dream, with all stainless steel appliances including 2 Fridges Side by Side with bottom Freezers. Breakfast bar has 4 stools - enjoy some quality time while preparing your meals, or make a coffee with the Keurig, and settle in for some relaxation. For your convenience, there is a water cooler. Living room has plenty of seating, with a gas fireplace for all to gather 'round. Dining room has walkout to 57' deck overlooking the water, as does the Master bedroom. Three baths include one ensuite with a shower and separate tub, and 2 others with stand up shower/tub. There are two tv's, and internet for rainy days. An air hockey table is sure to keep the kids (or adults!) occupied - who's up for the challenge?! Falcon View has central air for those especially warm summer days - all the conveniences of home, including a dishwasher and laundry facilities - with the added bonus of being in the Heart of Muskoka!
With 180' of shoreline, the waterfront has a shallow entry, gradually getting deeper at the end of the dock. The bottom is sandy for about the first 20’ from shore. There is no entry from the land but from the floating dock it’s about 12” to the water. If an adult is sitting on the dock their feet will touch the bottom of the lake (sand). It’s perfect for little ones to wade in. There is a swim ladder at the end of the dock. The water is about 5’ off the end of the dock to the soft bottom. Two SUP boards and a canoe are provided for your enjoyment. The outdoor fire pit is the perfect spot to make s'mores, and take in the stars! Patio set with lovely seating is on the deck, along with seating on the dock.
