3 Bedroom Cottage in Regional District of Nanaimo, Parksville

The cottage is over 1100 sq.ft. complete with the amenities of home. The main floor has a spacious living room with fireplace and TV, separate dining room with four chairs, full kitchen with eating bar and stools for convenience. The main bathroom is four piece, washer and dryer, main bedroom with king and second bedroom with twin beds. The loft has a TV, queen bed, with full bathroom.
The deck at the back is spacious with table and chairs for your evening enjoyment. The BBQ is on this deck. The front deck has a small table and chairs as well. There is a locked storage shed for bikes and golf clubs. The parking is in the driveway and in front of our cottage. There is internet and cable in the cottage.
A 15 minute walk brings you to beautiful Rathtrevor Beach, a 5minute walk to mini golf and bumper cars for the kids. Parksville city centre is 5 minutes by car. Coombs is a delightful place to visit to see the Goats on the Roof....at 30 minutes drive. Englishman River is a short drive for a lovely hike in the woods.

Summary: Our second stay at this home, over a month each time, was a wonderful place to make memories for a family get together! The well stocked and equipped kitchen was a joy and our grandkids really loved the access we had to the pool. The owners are very easy to work with and responded quickly if we connected with them.
