This very spacious, very cozy 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home is nothing but 2,000 sq. ft. of relaxation and comfort for you and your family and friends. Who knows, we may see you the next years to come:) ***Living Room, Kitchen and Dining area is an open room that has a view of the Gulf and doors that open onto a large covered porch and has plenty of seating for watching the water or reclining with a good book. ***Living Room has a new down sofa & chairs from Crate & Barrel, a flat screen smart TV so you can watch programs you watch at home by entering your password and a DVD player. ***Kitchen is Newly remodeled with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook books, a Kiureg Coffee Maker and a regular coffee maker, dishes, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups,utensils, pots, pans, blender, toaster, dish washer, a separate ice maker, microwave, crock pot and more. ***Dining area has a large wooden dining table that has 8 chairs so everyone staying can sit down together. Buffet is filled with puzzles, games and books of all description that offer reading enjoyment from mysteries to historical essays. ***Laundry room has a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, broom and dust pan. Linens and Shower Towels are provided. ***Faith Haven has four spacious bedrooms, each with a full bath and lots of closet space. After every guest, we guarantee all the beds are made up with fresh clean linens, blankets, bed covers, shams and all. ***Bedroom #1 is on the Northeast side of the house. It has 1 King size bed, a smart TV so you can watch programs you watch at home by entering your password, DVD player and USB plugs next to the bed for your convenience. Full size bathroom with stand up shower. ***Bedroom #2 is on the Southeast side of the house. It has 1 King size bed, a smart TV so you can watch programs you watch at home by entering your password and USB plugs next to the bed for your convenience. There is a door that opens to the front deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Full size bathroom with stand up shower. ***Bedroom #3 is on the Southwest side of the house. It has 1 Queen size bed, a smart TV so you can watch programs you watch at home by entering your password and USB plugs next to the bed for your convenience. We also provide a 10X20 Beach Canopy from April to October. This also includes 8 wooden folding chairs. ***9 miles down Fort Morgan road is historic Fort Morgan where history is brought to life in the museum and on summer candlelight tours. Upscale shopping is available at the Wharf in Orange Beach and Pelican Place. Outlet shopping can be found at the Tanger Mall on Highway 59 north of Gulf Shores. Souvenir shops and quaint gift shops can be found in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach as well as Art Galleries that feature local artists. For those who enjoy the outdoors, walking trails, fishing, pier fishing and charter boat deep sea fishing, bicycle paths, scuba diving snorkeling, surfing, Dolphin cruises, boat and jet ski rentals are some of the many opportunities here on the Gulf coast. *REMINDERS* 1. No Fire or fireworks. 2. Ashes from grill should be placed in garbage bag. 3. Pets must be leashed on the beach. Please be sure to pick up after your pet. 4. Use rags from basket in laundry room to clean or mop up spills etc. 5. At check out, leave the house with clean dishes in the dishwasher and all trash taken out to the bins.
