The living room has plenty of seating, and includes an entertainment center with stereo, flat screen TV, DVD player, and expanded tier cable. A queen-sized sleeper sofa provides additional bedding. A conversation nook has more seating, and a door out to the furnished deck, where a dining table for four overlooks the lush fairway. A half-bath serves the living areas. Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and has its own TV and private balcony. A sitting area holds a chaise lounge, and is perfect for curling up with a good book. The master bath has a dual sink vanity, jetted bathtub and separate stall shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and has its own TV and an attached private bath with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and its own TV, and has a private bath with tub/shower combination. Overlooking the first fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course, the Fairway One villas are comfortable, modern townhouse-style villas with under-villa parking. Each Fairway One villa includes free parking, an initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required.
