Negative: I booked a room here. I messaged on booking to make sure I could check in early because I drove 17 hours away and would make it a couple hours before check in. They verified I would be but when I got there they told me no and I had to wait outside for hours until check in time. They didn’t care that I had been on the road and had proof of verification that I could check in early.
