This fabulous villa is in a quiet residential road, but just a few minutes away from the main Coral Bay resort and beautiful beach. The villa has a large kitchen, dining room and living area on the ground floor along with a guest WC. Upstairs has three good size bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom, the villa has great sea views from the upstairs balconies. The villa also offers a large private mature landscaped garden and has a private pool. Outside lounge furniture on terrace fully enclosed from the pool so safe with children. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Summary: We have used Lisa’s and Felix’s villas in the past and this one was no different, excellent location, very close to beach and shops and Coral bay strip. Car not require but we had one. Villa is totally private, clean lots of equipment. Pool was fantastic, large and deep one end. Kids loved it and went for night time swims as it has lights. Lovely spacious villa with good air con. Great communication by Lisa and Felix, you would be well looked after. I would highly recommend this villa, , villa Grace. Would definitely come back again.
