Villa Avalon is a magnificent 3-story property, located in a tranquil rural area, but close to all amenities, with incredible views of the sea and golf course, the perfect setting for your Algarve vacation.
With 7 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates large groups. On the lower floor, there are 2 suites with double beds and shower, plus a suite room for 4 people (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed). There is also a service bathroom. On the ground floor, there is 1 twin room and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower; another suite with a double bed and shower; and a third with bunk bed. There is also an independent bathroom with shower.
The exterior offers a heatable pool and jacuzzi (both optional extras). The outdoor dining area has stunning views, as well as a barbecue and bread/pizza oven.
The interior is spacious and elegant, with air conditioning in all rooms. The villa has a game room with billiards, cinema room, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Located between the Salgados Natural Reserve and the golf course, it is just minutes from Praia Grande, Armação de Pêra, and various amenities. The largest beach extension in Barlavento Algarvio and the Salgados Reserve are just minutes away. Albufeira is only 15 minutes away.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

From the 17th to the 22nd person, an additional value will be charged that includes an additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
